Return / Exchange Policy

 What is the return policy at LIVE JIVA?

You have 3 days to apply for a refund. Items must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. If 3 days have gone by past your purchase, unfortunately you are unable to apply for a refund. 

However, our promise to you is that if for any reason you have concern with your LIVE JIVA bottle please email us. We will be more than happy to work with you in regards to your concern.

Damaged Items:

If you receive a damaged product, it must be reported within 3 days of receiving your merchandise and will be further investigated.
