Return / Exchange Policy

 What is the return policy at LIVE JIVA?

Due to safety & sanitary reasons around COVID-19 all orders are final sale. 

However, our promise to you is that if for any reason you have concern with your JIVA bottle please email us. We will be more than happy to work with you in regards to your concern.

Damaged Items:

If you receive a damaged product, it must be reported within 3 days of receiving your merchandise and will be further investigated. 

Wear & Tear

We also understand that wear & tear happens over time, if you have any concerns around your JIVuA bottle or pieces please send us an email and we will help you in any way!
